Quick Facts

  • Southland Jubilee a juried event.

  • Space Size is 12 ft. x 12 ft.

  • All vender MUST have a tent.

  • All work must be made and displayed by the artist. (NO ceramics, imports, or wholesale items for resale are permitted).

  • Participation must run from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

  • Pets, sounds equipment, and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

  • Electricity is limited. Please limite usage to necessary items or those directly related to exhibits. (Please no fans, radios, etc.)
  • All applicants will be notified of the jury's decision no later than two weeks after the deadline.

 

Applications

  • An application can be downloaded from this website, or you can send an email to samantha@abfabevents.com and have one mailed to you.
  • Entry fee and 3 photos (2 of products, 1 of booth display) must accompany application.
  • Accepted entrants fees are non-refundable.

 

Booth Space

  • Each booth space is 12 feet wide by 12 feet deep. If you require more space, you may purchase an additional space. You are responsible for keeping your area clean and for cleanup of your space at the end of the day.

  • Electricity is available for an additional $15 per space. This MUST be reserved in advance as it is not available in all spaces. If you do not reserve it in advance, it will not be provided. You must provide your own heavy duty extension cord.

  • Water is available for Food and Beverage Vendors ONLY at an additional charge of $10 per space. This MUST be reserved in advance as it is not available in all spaces. It you do not reverse it in advance, it will not be provided. You must provide your own hose.
  • Booth assignment is at the discretion of Southland Jubilee. We make every attempt to address special needs if we are told in advance.

  • Booth setup is available Friday night, April 18 if requested in advance. Normal setup will occur Saturday, April 19 from 6:30 – 8:00 a.m. All vendor vehicles must be removed from the market area by 8:30 a.m. and parked in designated vendor parking areas.

  • Booths must be open for business between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Each vendor is responsible for collecting and reporting Georgia Sales Tax.
